Taylor-Swift
Taylor Swift is Taylor Alison Swift. Taylor Swift was born on the 13th of December, 1989 in West Reading, Pennsylvania. Swift is a pop/country songwriter and singer for over 20 years. The stories she tells of her romantic love in the midst of heartbreak and young love have gained her widespread popularity throughout the 21st century. Swift began showing an enthusiasm for the industry of music from a very young age. The trajectory of her career was rapid beyond the roles of children's entertainers and her first appearance on stage in front of thousands. Swift began writing music at the age of 11. She sang The Star-Spangled Banner for a Philadelphia 76ers game. Drawing inspiration from popular country artists like Shania Twain and the Dixie Chicks (now the Chicks) Swift crafted original songs that were a reflection of her own experiences of tween alienation. When she was 13 Swift's parents decided to sell their farm in Pennsylvania in order to relocate to Hendersonville Tennessee so she could dedicate more time to courting country labels in nearby Nashville.
